Aturan Privasi Aplikasi myIndana

Aturan privasi berikut mendeskripsikan bagaimana kami, INDANA (PT Inti Daya Guna Aneka Warna dan yang terafiliasi), mengumpulkan, menyimpan, menggunakan, memproses, mengirim, menyampaikan, dan melindungi informasi pribadi. Aturan privasi ini berlaku untuk semua pengguna aplikasi, website (www.indana.co.id), jasa, atau produk, kecuali bila dicakup oleh aturan privasi lainnya.

 

  1. INFORMASI PRIBADI YANG KAMI KUMPULKAN

Kami mengumpulkan informasi yang mengidentifikasi, atau bisa digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi, mengontak, atau menemukan lokasi seseorang atau peralatan yang berhubungan dengan informasi tersebut (informasi pribadi). Informasi pribadi termasuk, tapi tidak terbatas pada, nama, alamat, nomor telepon, alamat e-mail, dan nomor rekening bank yang digunakan untuk pembayaran. Ditambah lagi, informasi apapun, termasuk profil dan informasi unik lain yang bisa digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi, juga termasuk informasi pribadi. Informasi pribadi kami kumpulkan dalam berbagai bentuk untuk berbagai tujuan yang dalam ranah hukum yang relevan.

 

Anda memberikan informasi pribadi anda untuk kami:

  1. Saat anda melakukan registrasi akun
  2. Saat anda menggunakan aplikasi atau website untuk pengiriman barang, kami akan mengumpulkan informasi alamat pengiriman, alamat asal barang, isi barang, tipe barang, berat, nama pengirim, dan nama penerima.
  3. Saat anda mengirim foto dari camera atau galeri foto telepon seluler atau website

  1. Informasi alat yang digunakan untuk mengakses jasa kami (seperti hardware model, operating system, atau informasi lain yang akan mengindikasikan modifikasi alat atau aplikasi).

Kami menggunakan informasi pribadi anda sesuai hukum yang berlaku:

  1. Untuk mengidentifikasi anda, dan meregistrasikan akun anda
  2. Untuk memungkinkan service provider menyediakan service yang anda minta
  3. Untuk memproses dan memfasilitasi order dan pembayaran yang anda lakukan melalui aplikasi atau website kami
  4. Untuk memberitahu anda atas segala transaksi dan aktivitas yang terjadi pada plikasi atau website kami, dan segala system yang terhubung dengan aplikasi atau website.
  5. Untuk berkomunikasi dan mengirim informasi ke anda mengenai penggunaan aplikasi atau website kami
  6. Untuk memberitahu anda mengenai pembaruan terbaru aplikasi atau website dan mengenai perubahan jasa kami
  7. Untuk memproses dan mengatur fitur aplikasi yang terhubung dengan akun anda

 

  1. PEMBAGIAN INFORMASI PRIBADI YANG KAMI KUMPULKAN

Kami mungkin akan menyampaikan atau membagikan informasi pribadi anda dengan firma atau perusahaan terafiliasi sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku:

  1. Apabila anda pengguna aplikasi myIndana, untuk memenuhi jasa yang anda minta (Contoh: Kurir pengirim).
  2. Apabila anda seorang service provider untuk aplikasi myIndana, untuk kepentingan pemenuhan jasa yang diminta oleh customer.
  3. Apabila diminta oleh badan hukum untuk kepentingan, yang termasuk tapi tidak hanya terbatas hanya, kepatuhan pada regulasi, kewajiban pada pemerintah, investigasi hukum, atau kepentingan lisensi, semua sesuai hukum yang berlaku.
  4. Saat diinstruksikan, diminta, diperlukan, atau diizinkan oleh otoritas pemerintah, untuk kepentingan hukum pemerintah, regulasi, dan hukum lain yang berlaku.
  5. Saat ada proses hukum yang terjadi antara anda dan kami, atau antara anda dan badan lain, terhubung dengan penggunana jasa kami, untuk kepentingan proses hukum tersebut.
  6. Dalam situasi gawat darurat yang terhubung dengan keamanan anda (termasuk bila anda seorang penyedia jasa) untuk kepentingan menghadapi situasi gawat darurat tersebut.
  7. Dalam koneksi terhadap klaim asuransi, kami akan membagikan informasi pribadi anda untuk kepentingan proses klaim asuransi ke perusahaan asuransi yang bekerja sama dengan kami.

 

Saat informasi pribadi anda tidak perlu diasosiasikan dengan anda, kami akan melakukan usaha yang sesuai untuk menghapus informasi pribadi yang bisa dikaitkan dengan anda sebelum menunjukkan informasi pribadi tersebut ke badan lain.

 

Kami tidak akan menjual atau menyewakan informasi pribadi anda.

 

Kami akan memberitahu anda bila kami harus membagikan informasi pribadi anda ke pihak lain di luar alasan yang disebutkan di atas.

 

  1. PENYIMPANAN INFORMASI PRIBADI
    1. Informasi personal anda hanya akan kami simpan selama informasi tersebut dibutuhkan untuk memenuhi tujuan informasi tersebut kami kumpulkan, atau hingga batas waktu yang telah ditentukan oleh hukum yang sesuai. Kami akan berhenti menyimpan informasi pribadi anda, atau menghapus cara informasi tersebut bisa diasosiasikan dengan anda, saat sudah aman untuk mengasumsikan bahwa penyimpanan informasi pribadi anda sudah tidak dibutuhkan untuk kepentingan legal dan bisnis.
    2. Tolong diingat bahwa masih ada kemungkinan informasi pribadi anda mungkin masih disimpan oleh pihak lain, termasuk oleh institusi pemerintahan. Apabila kami diharuskan memberikan informasi pribadi anda kepada otoritas pemerintahan, anda setuju dan memahami bahwa penyimpanan informasi pribadi anda oleh instutis yang relevan akan mengikuti aturan privasi mereka.
    3. Informasi yang disampaikan dalam komunikasi antar pengguna dan penyedia jasa yang dilakukan di luar aplikasi mungkin bisa disimpan dengan berbagai cara. Kami tidak melakukan penyimpanan informasi tersebut dan kami merekomendasikan anda untuk juga tidak menyimpan informasi tersebut. Kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas penyimpanan informasi di luar aplikasi dan website kami. Anda setuju untuk tidak meminta pertanggungjawaban dalam bentuk apapun terhadap perusahaan kami, seluruh orang yang bekerja untuk kami, dan yang terafiliasi dengan perusahaan kami apabila terjadi penyimpanan data pribadi anda secara illegal oleh pihak luar.

Kami mungkin akan merevisi aturan privasi ini sewaktu-waktu untuk memastikan aturan ini konsisten dengan perkembangan ke depan kami, dan termasuk juga dengan mempertimbangkan hukum dan aturan yang berlaku. Apabila kami memutuskan untuk mengubah aturan privasi kami, kami akan memberitahu perubahan tersebut dengan pengumuman publik yang bisa dilihat di aplikasi atau website kami, atau kami kirimkan via e-mail ke anda. Aplikasi, website, dan seluruh marketing material mungkin akan mengandung link ke website yang dioperasikan oleh pihak ketiga. Kami tidak mengontrol atau menerima tanggung jawab atas website-website tersebt untuk pengumpulan, penggunaan, penyimpanan, pembagian, dan penyampaian data dan informasi oleh pihak ketiga.     2. If you use the application/website for the delivery of goods, you provide information regarding the location of origin, destination, cargo, type of cargo, weight, name of sender, and name of recipient.

      1. If you are a user on myIndana application, for the purpose of enabling a service provider, to perform or deliver a service.
      2. If your are a service provider on myIndana application, for the purpose of enabling a user to request or receive a service from you.
      3. Where required or authorized by applicable law (including but not limited to responding to regulatory enquiries, investigations or directives, or complying with statutory or regulatory filling and reporting, and licensing requirements), for the purpose so specified in that applicable law.
      4. Where instructed, requested, required or authorized by the government authorities, for the purpose as specified in the government policy, regulations or applicable law.
      5. Where there is any form of legal proceeding between you and us, or between you and another party, in connection with, or relating to the services, for the purposes of that legal proceeding.
      6. In an emergency concerning your safety (whether you are a user or a service provider) for the purposes of dealing with that emergency.
      7. In connection with insurance claim, we will share your Personal Information for the purpose of processing the insurance claim to the insurance company that we engage or have collaboration with.
    2. Where it is not necessary for the Personal Information to be associated with you, we will use reasonable endeavors to remove the means by which the Personal Information can be associated with you as an individual before disclosing or sharing such information.
    3. We will not sell or lease your Personal Information.
